Complimentary on-site parking is provided for all guests, with one stall allocated per unit. Display your Parking Pass on the dashboard; vehicles without passes may be towed. Find your pass in your unit. No large trailers or RVs allowed. Street parking is available nearby; please avoid leaving valuables in your vehicle
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM daily. Our goal is to provide a peaceful stay to all of our guests. If an incident is associated with your unit that requires compensation to other guests, the charge will be passed onto your unit. Failure to cease disturbances will result in eviction with the assistance of the R.C.M.P.
Basecamp Lodge Canmore is a non-smoking & vaping area. There will be a $250 fine if evidence of any guests found smoking or vaping in their unit. As per provincial law, no smoking outside within 15’ of any door or window. If you do smoke, please ensure your butts are put-out before placing them in the designated disposal area or garbage.

Door Code: The sauna access code is the same as your room access code.
Indulge in tranquillity at our on-site sauna, where warmth and serenity await to restore your sense of calmness. Extra towels are conveniently located in the credenza in front of the sauna for your comfort. Please be mindful that quiet hours commence at 10 PM and conclude at 7 AM, ensuring a peaceful ambiance for all our guests.
Soak in a hot pool overlooking the Rockies, unwind in the sauna, or relax after a day in the mountains. Basecamp guests receive 25% off spa day passes, using code BCAMP25.

Explore the town of Canmore with our complimentary bike rentals! Choose from three daily time slots: 8 am – 12 pm, 12 pm – 4 pm, and 4 pm – 8 pm. Bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Before hitting the town, stop by the Front Desk to sign a form and receive the lock code.
During your stay at Basecamp Lodge, housekeeping services are available upon request and subject to availability.
For extended stays, we proactively reach out to refresh towels, remove trash, and replenish supplies as needed. If you require additional amenities simply contact our Front Desk Team. Notify us for hassle-free garbage disposal, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Give us a helping hand as we continue our support in reducing the amount of water we use. Globally, tons of detergent and millions of gallons of water are used every day to wash towels that have been used only once. We can all take part in reducing this amount and conserving resources by hanging towels on the racks provided in each room. We will only replace towels that are placed in the tub.
