Park with ease at Basecamp Suites Banff! Convenient heated parking is available at the Cascade Shops Parking Garage attached to the hotel, priced at $7 per hour or $30 per day (single entry). Follow the parkade up to floors 3&4 for direct access to your suite. Height clearance is 1.8 meters, paid street parking is also available just outside the hotel.
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM daily. Our goal is to provide a peaceful stay to all of our guests. If an incident is associated with your unit that requires compensation to other guests, the charge will be passed onto your unit. Failure to cease disturbances will result in eviction with the assistance of the R.C.M.P.
Basecamp Suites Banff is a non-smoking & vaping area. There will be a $250 fine if evidence of any guests found smoking or vaping in their unit. As per provincial law, no smoking outside within 15’ of any door or window. If you do smoke, please ensure your buds are put-out before placing them in the designated disposal area or garbage.

Hot tubs can be closed without notice in accordance with Alberta Health Services regulations, and during periods of extreme temperatures. To maintain the highest level of cleanliness for our guests’ health and safety, and in accordance with Alberta Health Services regulations, we close the hot tubs on Sundays (Mondays on long weekends) to do a complete drain, clean, and fill. We do not provide discounts or refunds during hot tub closures.
During your stay at Basecamp Suites, housekeeping services are available upon request and subject to availability.
For extended stays, we proactively reach out to refresh towels, remove trash, and replenish supplies as needed. If you require additional amenities simply contact our Front Desk Team. Notify us for hassle-free garbage disposal, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Give us a helping hand as we continue our support in reducing the amount of water we use. Globally, tons of detergent and millions of gallons of water are used every day to wash towels that have been used only once. We can all take part in reducing this amount and conserving resources by hanging towels on the racks provided in each room. We will only replace towels that are placed in the tub.
