Complimentary on-site parking is provided for all guests, each room is allocated one parking stall. If you are travelling with an extra vehicle or a trailer, notify the front desk for parking assistance. Parking spots are not designated by room numbers.
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM daily. Our goal is to provide a peaceful stay to all of our guests. If an incident is associated with your unit that requires compensation to other guests, the charge will be passed onto your unit. Failure to cease disturbances will result in eviction with the assistance of the R.C.M.P.
Northwinds Hotel Revelstoke is a non-smoking & vaping area. There will be a $250 fine if evidence of any guests found smoking or vaping in their unit. As per provincial law, no smoking outside within 15’ of any door or window. If you do smoke, please ensure your buds are put-out before placing them in the designated disposal area or garbage.

Unwind in our rooftop hot tub located on the second level of the hotel. The hot tub operate on a first-served basis for your convenience. Please note, alcohol and smoking are prohibited.
Hot tubs can be closed without notice in accordance with BC Health Services regulations, and during periods of extreme temperatures. To maintain the highest level of cleanliness for our guests’ health and safety, and in accordance with BC Health Services regulations, we close the hot tubs on Sundays (Mondays on long weekends) to do a complete drain, clean, and fill. We do not provide discounts or refunds during hot tub closures.
Housekeeping services at Northwinds Hotel Revelstoke are available upon request for extended stays. Requests must be made 24hrs in advance and are subject to staffing availability.
If you need extra towels, coffee, or any amenities, please contact our Front Desk Team, and we will deliver them to your room. For hassle-free garbage disposal, let us know, and we will take care of it for you.
