REVELSTOKE, BC, August 10, 2026 — Basecamp Resorts celebrated the official groundbreaking of Pine & Peaks East, a new purpose-built residential rental community that will bring over 100 long-term rental homes to Revelstoke.
Located at 1702 Bend Road, Pine & Peaks East will provide a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes designed to help meet the growing demand for housing in one of British Columbia’s fastest-growing mountain communities. Construction is expected to be complete in Winter 2027.
The development is designed to support Revelstoke’s evolving housing needs by creating professionally managed rental homes for people who live and work in the community. Residents will also have access to shared outdoor amenities, bike storage, resident storage, and on-site parking.

The groundbreaking ceremony welcomed community partners, project consultants and members of the Basecamp Resorts team to mark the beginning of construction.
Once complete, with anticipated completion in Winter 2027, Pine & Peaks East will offer:
